The newsletter focuses on supporting struggling writers through strategies like scaffolding with the Essay Builder tool, modeling strong writing practices, and providing opportunities for revision and feedback. It also introduces a new self-paced course section to help teachers strengthen their DBQ instruction and highlights additional resources and tips to make writing support more effective in the classroom. Teachers that complete a self-paced course will receive a stipend from EC BOCES!
