This applies to all website users, with the exception of ECBOCES Staff members that have an ECBOCES email address.
In order to comply with insurance requirements and security measures, we are implementing two factor authentication for our web services. This will include our website, Zoom, Enrich etc.
When you log into our website, you will see a notice on your dashboard regarding this. Two factor authentication (2FA) will be mandatory starting November 1st. At that time, anyone that has not set up 2FA will not be able to log into until they have done that.
We highly recommend taking a few minutes to get this set up before it becomes mandatory. It will require the installation of an app on your phone and you will need this app to get a code to allow you to login. Full instructions are provided by clicking on the notification on the dashboard with links to the available apps and the link to get the process started.
