PRESENTER: Julia Barnes, Phys Ed BCBA, Executive Functioning Clinic CU Medical Center
LOCATION: Over Zoom
DESCRIPTION:
Once we’ve identified the right strategies to support students with autism and intellectual disabilities, the next big question is:
How do we help them apply these skills not just in the classroom, but in every part of their lives?
From school to home, from peers to routines — teaching students to generalize what they’ve learned is where real, lasting growth happens.
This training meets the requirements for special education and behavioral health licensure.
A $25 stipend will be paid in May for all attendees of this session. You must complete the required steps to be eligible to receive a stipend.
