DESCRIPTION: Join Rachel Fairchild as she delves deeper into the Cognitive Content Dictionaries and take us from theory to practice. We will learn practical ways to implement this strategy given the limited amount of instructional time we each have to teach our content. We will also explore other ways to activate prior knowledge and make text accessible for our Multilingual Learners so that they can successfully access new content and take that new learning from Surface to Deep to Transfer.
