DESCRIPTION:
Leah Price will be presenting on Stress Management. During the hectic school year and especially with the addition of Covid, individual’s stress levels have increased significantly. Paraprofessionals are no exception. This cluster will focus on the various causes of stress along with techniques and tools to help minimize the effects. Zoom is offered, dinner will be provided for those attending in Limon.
A $25 stipend will be paid for each session attended.
IMPORTANT: Registration and attendance will be completed using the EC BOCES Website at www.ecboces.org for electronic check-in. We WILL NOT update attendance sheets at the end of the year. If you do not register for the and mark attendance at the training, you will not receive the certificate of attendance and the $25 stipend for each session attended.
