DESCRIPTION: Enhancing Instruction for Elementary Multilingual Learners (Grades 3-5 Teachers)
In this interactive workshop, you will experience strategies that scaffold instruction to support multilingual learners so that they can fully participate in grade level lessons. These strategies will also help multilingual learners develop academic language, adjust to a new culture, and develop listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. You will leave the workshop with practical ideas for delivering enhanced instruction for your multilingual learners.
Lunch and Stipend will be provided to those attending, stipend amount TBD.
