CPI Training seats are limited. Should your schedule change and you are no longer able to attend the session, please visit the website and cancel your registration. If registration is not cancelled at least 48 hours in advance, your district will be billed for the cost of the training. This class is aimed towards center-based staff, as well as teachers and staff working with high-risk behaviors.

PRESENTER: Beverly Blagg, EC BOCES SPED Director LOCATION: Over Zoom DESCRIPTION: Special Education Updates Updated East Central BOCES Process and Procedure will be shared. Including new guidelines for determining Specific Learning Disability, a process for obtaining consent for evaluation, and guidelines for distributing student snapshots. Time for questions will be provided. Mandatory for ALL SPED Teachers. If you are unable to attend, you will be required to review the recording and send a summary of your new learning form the recording to Beverly Blagg by September 15, 2026. A $40 stipend will be paid in May for all attendees of this session. You must complete the steps required to be eligible to receive a stipend.
