PRESENTER: Catapult Learning LOCATION: Over Zoom DESCRIPTION: Join us for a focused, 1-hour Zoom session that builds on last year’s Science of Reading training! Together, we’ll dive deeper into research-based strategies that strengthen the five pillars of literacy: phonemic awareness, phonological awareness, vocabulary, fluency, and comprehension. Walk away with fresh, practical tools you can use right away to support every learner, from emerging readers to advanced students.

 Vocabulary Workshop: This workshop will explore practical strategies for teaching academic vocabulary, with a focus on Tier 2 terms that support comprehension across subjects. Participants will learn research-based approaches to explicitly teach, reinforce, and integrate vocabulary into daily instruction to boost student engagement and achievement.This is Session 1 of 3, and a stipend is included!
