This cluster will discuss the responsibilities of school providers as mandatory reporters related to child abuse and neglect. Learn what your legal responsibilities are, how to identify suspected abused and neglect, how to respond when you have a suspicion of abuse and neglect, and how to support students who may have experienced abuse or neglect. Please bring a copy of your school district's Child Abuse Reporting Policy and Procedures for discussion during the session.
