Cluster intended for principals (face-to-face attendance encouraged): EC BOCES PD committee will facilitate "Critical Conversations" small group discussions and the sharing of ideas and strategies. Another activity will be a group brainstorming activity around ideas for building Principal-Staff relationships. There should be time for topics of concern as well. Lunch will be provided.
