Who this is for? Teachers, paraprofessionals, principals, superintendents, and business managers

Title I teachers, EL teachers, paraprofessionals, principals, superintendents, and business managers are invited to attend this meeting to have conversations about how to meet Title I, II, III, and IV budget and program requirements and prepare for upcoming Title Program Monitoring events. The Bennett School District has volunteered to be monitored this school year in reference to fiscal year 18-19. This will be a pilot to assist CDE, EC BOCES and the districts in determining what the monitoring of a consortium district will look like. All other districts will be monitored once in the next six years. When CDE contacts a district to be monitored it will ask for documentation for the previous year. This is why it is important to be sure every district has a good understanding of the requirements and what might be good evidence of compliance to be collecting each year. CDE started with "Fiscal Requirements" and "Meaningful Stakeholder Engagement and Partnership" with the schools who were monitored in 18-19. This year, "Identification and Delivery of Services" will be the category added, and "Evaluation of Program Impact" will be added in 20-21.

Noon-12:30: Working lunch for all

12:30-3:00
Who is this for? Teacher and Paraprofessional Networking Time.

In the afternoon, the teachers and paraprofessionals will network in two groups, an English Learner group and a Title I group. Other participants will be welcome but may leave at this time if they have other commitments.
