Help Desk Analyst Tier 2
Help Desk Analyst Tier 2, for member school districts of East Central BOCES. Minimum associate degree in a computer related major and three years experiences or commensurate. The Computer Technician will provide trouble ticket response and corrective action to document and track support issues. Technician will be expected to support Windows, Mac OS X, Chromebooks, a variety of mobile and desk phones and basic networking equipment. Salary range $46,000-$52,000 depending on experience.
