	 strategies and tools to identify talent in students - especially those fro
	m underserved populations. Participants will learn how to apply an alternat
	ive approach for recognizing gifted behaviors in diverse learners and foste
	ring inclusive learning environments that cultivate mathematical potential.
	 The session blends research-based theory with hands-on practice\, ensuring
	 participants leave with strategies they can implement immediately. Who Sho
	uld Attend School Administrators ● Principals\, Assistant Principals\, and 
	district leaders who want to improve identification processes and ensure eq
	uitable access to gifted services in their schools. 3rd\, 4th\, and 5th Gra
	de Teachers ● Elementary educators working directly with students during cr
