	 and technical education instruction. Participants will explore practical s
	trategies for strengthening students’ reading\, writing\, vocabulary\, comm
	unication\, and comprehension skills within authentic CTE learning experien
	ces. Coaching will focus on: Content-Area Literacy: Apply literacy strategi
	es that help students understand technical texts\, industry terminology\, p
	rocedures\, and career-specific content. Vocabulary Development: Strengthen
	 students’ understanding and use of academic and industry-specific vocabula
	ry. Reading and Comprehension Strategies: Use practical approaches to help 
	students analyze informational texts\, technical documents\, directions\, a
	nd other workplace materials. Writing and Communication: Incorporate writin
	g\, discussion\, and professional communication activities that reinforce C
	TE content and career-readiness skills. Instructional Coaching: Provide ind
	ividualized support\, reflection\, and problem-solving based on educators’ 
	classroom needs and program goals. Planning for Implementation: Identify pr
	e-made literacy micro-strategies educators can immediately integrate into u
	pcoming CTE lessons and learning activities. Participants will leave with p
	ractical literacy strategies and an implementation plan for strengthening s
