Participants will examine student and program needs\, share effecti ve practices\, and identify resources and partnerships that strengthen CTE instruction and career-connected learning. The session will focus on: ● Imp rovement Plan Progress: Review progress toward program improvement goals\, identify successes and challenges\, and establish priorities and next steps for the spring semester. ● Instructional Planning: Strengthen Business and Hospitality instruction through collaborative planning\, sharing of effect ive practices\, and alignment with current industry and workforce expectati ons. ● Resource Planning: Identify instructional materials\, technology\, e quipment\, professional development\, and other resources needed to strengt hen program quality and student learning. ● Coaching and Program Support: D etermine opportunities for continued coaching\, technical assistance\, coll aboration\, and site visits to support implementation of program goals. ● C areer-Connected Learning: Plan meaningful opportunities such as the CTE Car eer Expo\, Finance Park\, Stock Market Challenge\, industry partnerships\, field trips\, guest speakers\, and other experiential learning activities. ● Student Outcomes and Career Readiness: Develop strategies that strengthen students’ technical skills\, financial literacy\, employability skills\, l eadership\, and preparation for postsecondary education and careers in Busi ness and Hospitality.
