DESCRIPTION:PRESENTER: Dr. Chris McGilvery\, Perkins Coordinator LOCATION: 
	East Central BOCES West Training Room DESCRIPTION: In-Person Only Training 
	This professional development session will provide Health Science and Agric
	ulture CTE educators with an opportunity to review program progress\, asses
	s implementation of improvement strategies\, and plan for continued CTE pro
	gram quality. Participants will examine student and program needs\, share e
	ffective practices\, and identify resources and partnerships that strengthe
	n CTE instruction and career-connected learning. The session will focus on:
	 ● Improvement Plan Progress: Review progress toward program improvement go
	als\, celebrate successes\, identify challenges\, and determine next steps 
	for continued implementation. ● Instructional Planning: Strengthen Health S
	cience and Agriculture instruction through collaborative planning\, sharing
	 of effective practices\, and alignment with industry and workforce expecta
	tions. ● Resource Planning: Identify instructional materials\, equipment\, 
	technology\, professional development\, and other resources needed to suppo
	rt high-quality CTE programs. ● Coaching and Program Support: Determine are
	as where continued coaching\, technical assistance\, and site-based support
	 can strengthen program implementation and educator effectiveness. ● Career
	-Connected Learning: Plan opportunities such as career expos\, industry par
	tnerships\, guest speakers\, field trips\, and work-based learning experien
	ces that connect students with Health Science and Agriculture careers. ● St
	udent Outcomes and Career Readiness: Identify strategies for strengthening 
	student engagement\, technical skill development\, employability skills\, a
	nd preparation for postsecondary education and high-demand careers. Partici
	pants will leave with updated program improvement priorities\, identified r
	esource needs\, and clear action steps for strengthening Health Science and
	 Agriculture CTE programs throughout the spring semester. Lunch will be pro
