	ssional development session will support Business and Hospitality CTE educa
	tors in implementing the 2026–2027 ECBOCES CTE Improvement Plan\, with an e
	mphasis on integrating evidence-based math\, literacy\, and science practic
	es into CTE instruction. ECBOCES Math\, Literacy\, and Science Coaches will
	 provide targeted professional learning and instructional support to help e
	ducators incorporate academic practices into authentic CTE lessons\, projec
	ts\, and career-connected learning experiences to strengthen student growth
	 and achievement. CTE educators will collaborate with coaches to utilize pr
	e-made 1-page micro-strategies that are relevant and practical for their in
	dividual programs. Participants will deploy these improvement strategies vi
	a the Digital Vault throughout the school year—eliminating narrative lesson
	 planning—while identifying the resources\, coaching\, and instructional su
	pport needed for successful implementation. The session will also establish
	 clear expectations for Checkbox Cover Sheets\, surveys\, and participation
	 requirements. Educators will review the streamlined processes for document
	ing implementation via the Checkbox Cover Sheets and demonstrating 100% par
	ticipation in required improvement plan activities. See attached document t
