	ice Educators This course is designed to prepare experienced educators to b
	ecome highly effective mentors for novice teachers through intentional coac
	hing\, relationship-building\, and instructional leadership. Participants w
	ill explore the foundational principles of teacher induction\, sustainable 
	mentoring practices\, and the essential qualities and skills needed to supp
	ort new educators throughout their professional journey. Using a month-by-m
	onth mentoring framework\, participants will learn how to guide novice teac
	hers through the challenges and milestones of the school year while fosteri
	ng confidence\, instructional growth\, reflective practice\, and resilience
	. The course emphasizes purposeful mentoring conversations\, effective comm
	unication strategies\, and practical tools that promote teacher success\, r
	etention\, and student achievement. As you know you have in the past or wil
	l be serving next year as a Content Mentor for the East Central BOCES Alter
	native Licensure Program. I am holding a Mentor Training on Wednesday\, Jul
	y 29\, 2026 from 9 am to 1:30 pm. After that you can meet with the alt teac
	hers you are assigned to. Those of you from Limon School can take your teac
	hers to your classrooms - if you like. Please register for the training on
