	p equips educators with practical strategies and tools to identify talent i
	n students - especially those from underserved populations. Participants wi
	ll learn how to apply an alternative approach for recognizing gifted behavi
	ors in diverse learners and fostering inclusive learning environments that 
	cultivate mathematical potential. The session blends research-based theory 
	with hands-on practice\, ensuring participants leave with strategies they c
	an implement immediately. Lunch will be provided and a small stipend offere
	d to EC BOCES educators attending. WHO SHOULD ATTEND? School Administrators
	 ● Principals\, Assistant Principals\, and district leaders who want to imp
	rove identification processes and ensure equitable access to gifted service
	s in their schools. 3rd\, 4th\, and 5th Grade Teachers ● Elementary educato
	rs working directly with students during critical developmental years when 
	talent often becomes evident but may go unrecognized. Gifted Coordinators ●
	 Professionals responsible for identifying and supporting gifted learners w
