	ositive reinforcement to build social-emotional skills that stick. You’ll l
	earn how to strategically introduce reinforcers\, recognize when students a
	re ready for fading\, and make thoughtful decisions about timing and suppor
	ts. Bonus: We’ll explore how AI can help streamline the process — by creati
	ng smart\, customizable data collection tools that guide how we track\, adj
	ust\, and individualize reinforcement and instruction. This training meets 
	the requirements for special education and behavioral health licensure. A $
	25 stipend will be paid in May for all attendees of this session. You must
