	e. Participants will explore a variety of engaging\, classroom-ready tools\
	, activities\, and instructional strategies that bring AI to life for stude
	nts across grade levels and subject areas. They’ll investigate how AI is tr
	ansforming the workforce—from healthcare and transportation to agriculture\
	, the arts\, and beyond—while examining the growing demand for AI-literate 
	talent in their local communities and globally. Through collaboration\, ref
	lection\, and dedicated planning time\, educators will leave with practical
	 tools\, a deeper understanding of AI's role in the evolving world of work\
	, and a personalized action plan to integrate career-connected\, AI-infused
	 learning into their classrooms and school communities. The first day will 
	be in person hands on in the BOCES West Training Room. The second day will
