	Training Room DESCRIPTION: Join us for a full-day professional development 
	training from 9 AM to 3 PM\, with a stipend and lunch included. This sessio
	n will explore the Science of Reading for K-5 educators\, providing researc
	h-based strategies to improve reading and writing instruction. Participants
	 will examine evidence-based practices aligned with the Academic Content St
	andards and the National Reading Panel’s five key components of literacy: p
	honemic awareness\, phonological awareness\, vocabulary development\, fluen
	cy\, and comprehension. Through this interactive workshop\, educators will 
	gain practical strategies for supporting a diverse range of learners\, incl
	uding emerging readers and writers\, as well as gifted students. This train
	ing is designed to prepare teachers with the tools and techniques needed to
