	actices that the NCTM has identified as elements of effective math instruct
	ion. Teachers will cross-walk these 8 practices with the Mathematical Pract
	ice Standards. After deconstructing each practice into sub-skills\, teacher
	s will design personalized goals for professional growth. This K-5 workshop
	 is designed to be very broad in scope while creating an opportunity for te
	achers to self-reflect. This workshop will serve as a springboard into the
