	but Bennett and Byers) will be collecting documentation in 24-25 school yea
	r to be submitted in the 25-26 monitoring event. The person/persons who sho
	uld attend would be the staff member(s) who will be most responsible for co
	llecting and submitting Title I and Title III program data. We are working 
	to avoid any surprises later on. Anything we can prepare now is a bonus. Es
	pecially processes and procedures that we all follow in the T I/III (Englis
	h Language Development) programs. We can support you now in working togethe
	r to identify which procedures or processes are not in writing\, and share 
	templates with each other to assist schools in getting them developed. Lunc
