	ES West Training Room DESCRIPTION: Often Orton-Gillingham and these reading
	 intervention strategies are interpreted as a methodology only meant for re
	ading remediation\; however\, the multi-sensory component impacts all child
	ren. The uniqueness of this type of instruction is that it allows the educa
	tor to capitalize on an individual student’s dominant learning modality whi
	le delivering instruction that will strengthen the remaining learning pathw
	ays. This method will benefit all students in Preschool through 12th grade.
	 We are highly recommending this methodology for all SPED teachers to use i
	n their instruction. We will be collecting data for users in order to ident
	ify the benefits of this methodology for students with disabilities. ⮚ You 
	will receive a stipend of $75 per day of attendance during the summer sessi
	ons and lunch will be provided. ⮚ Para professionals will need to be traine
	d by their licensed teachers\, and so will not be permitted to attend the t
