	le funds monitoring is coming. Most consortium districts (all but Bennett a
	nd Byers) will be collecting documentation in 24-25 to be submitted in the 
	25-26 monitoring event. o CDE has been monitoring districts for several yea
	rs (and has also been monitored as a state by the USDE). o Their team has s
	hared some items of concern which will guide what documentation is requeste
	d from districts in future monitoring events. o They have been much more sp
	ecific in telling us what evidence may be requested in upcoming monitoring 
	documentation collection. o The person/persons who should attend would be t
	he staff member(s) who will be most responsible for collecting and submitti
	ng Title I and Title III program data. We are working to avoid any surprise
	s later on. Anything we can prepare now is a bonus. Especially processes an
	d procedures that we all follow in the T I/III (English Language Developmen
	t) programs. We can support you now in working together to identify which p
	rocedures or processes are not in writing\, and share templates with each o
	ther to assist schools in getting them developed. Lunch will be provided.\n
